First three days of this program will be the introduction to the principle of Yoga. We teach different pranayama, breathing exercise, meditation techniques, purification techniques, different asanas, relaxation techniques, mud bath and many more.Morning yoga class includes stretching, pranayama, sequential movements and some static postures. While the evening yoga class may include sequential movements and some static yoga poses little intense than morning and relaxation.
After 3 days of yoga and meditation practice at our retreat, we then take you to the most amazing places in Nepal and let you merge in the beauty of the lifestyle of the Nepalese.
